New Delhi: The Indian women’s cricket team is going to take the field to win the T20 World Cup trophy. Team India’s first match is going to be against New Zealand. Before this, a special video of the Indian women’s cricket team has been shared. In which their family members are seen giving a special message through a heart-touching video. The families of the players sent special wishes to their daughters, in which they inspired the Indian team to bring the World Cup home. Now this video is becoming very viral on social media.

In the video, the players had all gathered in a room, where a clip from each player’s family was shown to the entire squad. From Smriti Mandhana’s brother, Harmanpreet Kaur’s parents and Shafali Verma’s brother to Asha Shobana’s family, Richa Ghosh’s father and Amol Muzumdar’s daughter, a heartwarming message was given by all.

In the video released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), it can be seen that Indian team’s key batsman Smriti Mandhana got very emotional after watching the video of her family. Her parents and brother wished her and her brother also gave tips to handle pressure during the T20 World Cup in a funny way. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur was also enjoying the messages from her family, in which her mother expressed confidence that Harmanpreet kaur will lead her team well and return to India with the trophy.

Indian women’s team will play its first match against New Zealand:

The Indian women’s team will play its first match against New Zealand on October 4. This match will be played at Dubai International Stadium. This match will start at 7:30 pm. The team has been placed in Group A along with New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
