Jacob Hoggard found not guilty of 2016 sexual assault

The jury in Jacob Hoggard’s trial has found the former Hedley singer not guilty of sexually assaulting a young woman in a northern Ontario hotel in 2016. In 2022, Hoggard was convicted of raping an Ottawa woman and sentenced to five years in prison.
