Former Italian PM sets out gas policy recommendations to bolster EU competitiveness

Italy’s former prime minister Mario Draghi has called on the EU to move away from short-term spot price-based gas purchases and strike longer-term contracts with suppliers in order to improve the bloc’s economic competitiveness.
