Air traveller suffered a loss of more than Rs 30 lakh for this minor mistake on Sweden to Delhi flight; lessons to be learnt

Etihad airways: An passenger travelling from Sweden to India had a very bad experience when her 'cabin bag' containing more than Rs 30 lakh cash and gold got 'misplaced' by Etihad airways. After a formal complaint, the bag was found, but all the stored cash and gold were missing. In this regard Delhi consumer commission ordered Etihad to pay Rs 75,000 compensation.
