Police looking for information regarding September assault at South Buffalo bar

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The Buffalo Police Department put out a call for action Thursday for any information regarding an alleged assault that took place last month at a bar in South Buffalo.

The alleged assault occurred around 2 a.m. on Sept. 22 at Talty's Tavern on South Park Avenue, officials said in a post on X. The suspect was described as a 6-foot male of average build and possibly of Hispanic heritage.
