Britain’s Got Talent gives guest judge KSI a Golden Buzzer act despite him only standing in for Bruno Tonioli

HE may only be a guest judge, but social media star KSI will still get to press the Golden Buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent.

The YouTuber is standing in for Bruno Tonioli as he films Dancing With The Stars, the American version of Strictly.

And while he’s only there for three of the five first round audition days, he’ll still get the same opportunity as Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon to send a contestant straight into the live final.

This could indicate that KSI will make a reappearance later in the series to watch his choice in action.

A source told me: “Bosses were keen for KSI to appear much like a full-time judge would, given he’s due to stand in for a number of days. It means there will be one more Golden Buzzer act this year, with the remaining judges and hosts Ant and Dec also given an opportunity to press it.

“It will no doubt make the finals more exciting, to see which judge is best at picking a winner.”

I revealed this week that ITV bosses signed up KSI with high hopes that he will bring some of his 80million followers to the show.

Aside from his social media career, he is also a musician whose songs have had more than 2.7billion streams.

He released his most recent singles, Thick Of It and Low, yesterday.

An insider told me of the signing: “KSI knows a thing or two about entertaining thanks to his large following online, most of who are young and tech-savvy, which is just what the show needs.”

Will and Ralf best buddhies

WILL MELLOR and Ralf Little are in for a surprise when heading to the pub where they filmed hit sitcom Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps.

The two pals make the discovery in new four-parter Will & Ralf Should Know Better, which promises to pull back the curtain on their 20-year bromance as they find out how they can do life better as middle-aged men.

They decide to embrace the new temple and are soon taking part in a training session based on Buddhist martial arts and meditation, with local expert Ninja Nun.

The duo get into character by dressing in traditional clothes before being put through their paces.

Which is a fitting start for the series as each episode focuses on tasks designed to help them embrace their spiritual side.

Wheelie looking forward to it

GLADIATORS star Sabre, comedian Harry Hill, podcasters Chris and Rosie Ramsey and musician Big Narstie will star on the new series of Michael McIntyre’s The Wheel.

The news comes after it was revealed Robbie Williams would make a surprise appearance.

Netflix memorabilia to be flogged

NETFLIX superfans can get their hands on some rare telly memorabilia this month.

Earlier this week it was revealed that the streaming service was launching its own shop to raise money for mental health charity Mind, flogging costumes from its biggest hitters.

But it’s not just clothing that’s up for grabs.

The bike ridden by Sex Education’s Otis Milburn, played by Asa Butterfield, and a wooden penis ornament belonging to his onscreen mum Jean (Gillian Anderson) are up for grabs.

The typewriter used by Ambika Mod’s Emma in One Day, drawings from the set of The Witcher and the bar sign from Black Mirror’s San Junipero will also be for sale.

The shop opens for one day on Bethnal Green Road, East London, on October 12, and in Birmingham’s Bullring on October 19.

Michael’s legacy

DR MICHAEL Mosley will have his life and legacy celebrated when the BBC airs a two-part special of his Just One Thing show.

I revealed earlier this year that the series, originally on Radio 4, would go ahead as filming had wrapped before his tragic death in June.

Michael is seen assisting participants as they take on health challenges, such as cold showers.

A BBC spokesman said: “We are honoured to carry forward Michael’s remarkable legacy.”

The series will air on BBC One on October 14 and 21 at 8.30pm.

Getting festive

SKY has begun to announce its festive programming.

Highlights include Nutcracker: Backstage With English National Ballet.

While panto will be put under the microscope in a one-off special with Gyles Brandreth and guests Julian Clary and Gary Wilmot.
