State's high court upholds Maumee natural gas pipeline

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously upheld approval of a 3.7-mile, high-pressure natural gas distribution line to be built in Maumee over the objections of a neighboring commercial property owner.
