Bihar: Flood situation grim, most rivers flowing above danger mark

Floods continue to affect multiple districts in Bihar, with several rivers still above danger levels. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar inspected the Ganga at Patna's Gandhi Ghat. Relief operations are ongoing with food packets being air-dropped in 17 districts. NDRF and SDRF teams, along with 975 boats, are conducting rescue efforts.
