Housing sales rise 5% to 87,108 units across top 8 cities in Jul-Sep: Knight Frank

Housing sales in eight major Indian cities rose 5% annually in Q3 2024, driven by strong demand for premium homes priced above Rs 1 crore. Despite this, sales fell 7% in Delhi-NCR. The highest sales volumes were seen in Mumbai, with significant growth also reported in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
