Survey: Quarter of real estate investors are planning further investments in Finland

A SURVEY by the Finnish Landlord Association reveals budding optimism among real estate investors.

Real estate investors indicated that it has become slightly easier to operate in 12 cities and easier to find tenants in almost all of the 29 cities covered by the survey. The latter is an especially encouraging piece of news, according to Eemeli Karlsson, an economist at the Landlord Association.
