Flights from Israel to Paphos continuing, Hermes Airports says

Flights from Israel to Paphos airport are continuing as usual, Hermes Airports sources have said.

Paphos airport was not affected on Wednesday or Thursday by the Middle East crisis, after Iran launched a ballistic missile attack on Israel on Tuesday evening, the sources told the Cyprus News Agency (CNA).

“Scheduled flights are being carried out,” the sources said.

They added that some Israeli airlines are sticking to their flight schedule and that no flights from Europe to Tel Aviv have been diverted to Paphos airport.

Regarding the traffic in arrival and departure lounges, the sources said there has been no increased flow of passengers.

The traffic is as expected for October and, although some are fully booked, this has nothing to do with the Middle East crisis, the sources added.
