'07 Not starting after Fuel Pump replacement.
This is my sons car ('07 2.0L) that we bought him almost 2 years ago.  Drove fine for a few months, then had a problem with it not wanting to  go over 35mph (limp mode?) and then not starting at all. After replacing  the crankshaft positioning sensor and both camshaft positioning  sensors, the battery, and all the relays under the drivers side mud  flap, we finally decided to change the TIPM with a used one of the same  model numbers as the original after reading that others had similar  problems. It fixed everything after it was installed and all codes were  cleared. Fast forward a few months of driving just fine and he gets  stranded in a town over an hour away because it wouldn't start, again. I  checked for fuel in the tank (he's kinda forgetful), battery voltage,  all fuses, and then shot a little starting spray in the intake and it  tried to run, so I figured it was a fuel issue and loaded it on the  trailer to bring it home. Once home, we checked for voltage at the fuel  pump and it was good. So, I ordered a fuel pump, got it installed,  and........nothing. The fuel pump is working just fine (got great fuel  pressure at the connection to the fuel rail) but now it won't start with  ether. Checked all the fuses and relays again and can't find anything  bad. I've got voltage on the coil packs but not at the injectors. I just  can't seem to find where the problem is and hoping it's not the TIPM  again. Any suggestions on where to look? Thank you for any help you can  give.
