AMFI may increase cut-offs for largecap stocks to Rs 1 lakh crore

AMFI is set to release its updated stock categorization in early January 2025. With anticipated changes in market cap thresholds, several mid-cap stocks may move to large-cap status, and some large-cap stocks may reclassify as mid-caps. The re-categorization will be effective from February to July 2025.
