During the India vs Bangladesh Test series, amazing fielding was seen by the players of Team India. Indian players made many brilliant catches. In the Kanpur Test, Rohit Sharma and Mohammad Siraj took amazing catches with one hand. Apart from this, KL Rahul, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill also took many amazing catches. Now, not Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill and KL Rahul but Yashasvi Jaiswal and Mohammed Siraj have been given the ‘Impact Fielder’ medal.

Dilip, addressing the team in the dressing room after the conclusion of the series, lauded Rohit as someone who is “reliable as a Swiss watch”, but the India captain wasn’t among the top two pics for the fielding coach.

It was Jaiswal and Siraj who were named the joint-winners by T Dilip. with Rohit seemingly looking stunned upon hearing the winners’ names.

India won the series 2-0:

The first match of this Test series was played at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. India won it by 280 runs. In this match, R Ashwin performed brilliantly with both bat and ball. Ravichandran Ashwin scored a century in the Chennai Test and also took 6 wickets. Apart from this, India won the second Kanpur Test by 7 wickets. Yashasvi Jaiswal batted brilliantly in this match. Jaiswal scored half-centuries in both innings of the Kanpur Test.
