Company registrations decline 21% in Sept, LLPs rise 8%

New company incorporations in India fell by almost 21% in September compared to last year, marking the third consecutive month of decline. The registration of limited liability partnerships (LLPs), however, rose by nearly 8% year-on-year. Experts attribute the decline to an unfavorable base, while services trade prospects kept LLP registrations high.
