Primark launches THREE brand new MAC and Dior beauty dupes that are £82 cheaper and ideal for nourishing dry autumn skin

PRIMARK has dropped three brand new beauty dupes which could save you an eye-watering £82.50.

The fast fashion giant’s beauty aisles have become a coveted spot to fill your make-up bag over the last few years.

Can you recognise what luxury products these Primark buys are duping?[/caption]

And that’s thanks to its constant conveyor belt of dupes.

There’s been copycats of an iconic Benefit Range, a “dead-ringer” for Bobbi Brown’s Vitamin-Enriched Face Base and, more recently, a £6 dupe of Charlotte Tilbury’s £195 Magic Cream

Now, bosses at the Irish retail giant have dropped two new MAC dupes AND a Dior dupe.

The best bit? They’re all in pink hues as part of Primark’s Breast Cancer Awareness solidarity range for 2024.

Across the globe, October is recognised as Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Primark bosses revealed: “We are donating over £1 million to cancer charities across Europe and the US.

“This will go towards charities supporting research and services for people affected by breast cancer.”

The new pink beauty dupes have been designed to raise awareness around breast cancer and £encourage shoppers to get involved with relevant charities and organisations this month.

The first MAC dupe is for the renowned make-up brand’s Fix+ setting spray range, which cost £29 per bottle.

The Primark PS… Prep + Protect Setting Spray costs a mere £4.50 – and is said to deliver equally as refreshing benefits as the MAC “radiance” version.

A blurb reads: “Get your skin prepped and feeling refreshed with this priming setting spray.

“Packaged in a 100ml bottle, its spray dispenser provides a fine mist, helping to refresh and prime your face ready for product application.

“Formulated with aloe vera, niacinamide and provitamin B5, which are known for their skin-smooth properties.

“Consider it a skin pick-me-up for your day-to-day beauty routine.”

Best beauty dupes

Fabulous' Beauty Editor, Tara Ledden revealed the cheaper version of your favourite beauty products that you should have in your cupboard.

“A huge 55% of us would like to spend less on our beauty routines according to new research from E.l.f. Cosmetics, so it’s no wonder there’s millions of #dupe videos on Tiktok.

“While some dupes are easy to spot given their look-a-like packing, they’re often lacking when it comes to the contents.

“In fact, some of the best dupes look nothing like the luxury product they’re a dead-ringer for – and, trust me, they’re the ones you want.”

REAL: Benefit Hoola Matte Bronzer, £32.50 DUPE: Natural Collection Bronzer, £3.50 which is a saving of £29. The Natural Collection Bronzer comes in more shades, although it doesn’t have a mirror in the compact.

REAL: Milk Make-up Hydro-Grip Primer, £35 DUPE: E.l.f. Power Grip Primer, £10. These two share a similar green hue, as well as the same long-wearing, mattifying properties – although, E.l.f’s is so popular it’s just as hard to get hold of.

REAL: Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lipstick, £28 DUPE: L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Satin Lipstick Beige A Nu, £8.99. The shades of these two lipsticks are virtually identical on the lips, although while Charlotte Tilbury’s is matte, the L’Oreal Paris Lipstick has a satin finish – which actually makes it more comfortable if you’re wearing all day.

REAL: Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation, £40 DUPE: Collection Lasting Perfection Matte Foundation, £6.99. While they don’t look alike from the outside, the formula, consistency and staying power of both foundations is pretty similar – unfortunately, the Collection only comes in 20 shades vs Estee Lauder’s 60 options.

REAL: Glossier Boy Brow, £20 DUPE: Essence Make Me Brow Gel, £2.50. There’s a whole Reddit thread dedicated to this dupe, so you know it’s got to be good. They both have a waxy consistency and added fibres to make brows look fuller. I have to say, the shade range is far better with Boy Brow, but if you’re brunette, there’s plenty of Essence shade options to try.

RETURN OF THE MAC

The second MAC dupe is for its iconic £32 Strobe Scream, which comes in a variety of hues to suit different skin tones.

Primark has released a copycat – named PS… Prep + Perfect Glow Cream Illuminating Primer – for just £4.50.

A blurb reads: “Part of our Prep + Perfect range, let our illuminating primer give you a gorgeously glowy base for your makeup.

“Coming as a cream, it’ll effortlessly melt into your skin, helping leave a radiant glow behind.

“Infused with pomegranate extract for a soothing effect, and vitamin E for its nourishing antioxidant properties, it comes with multiple benefits.

“Apply before your foundation or concealer for a smoother canvas.”

DIOR DOOP!

The £2.50 PS… Vitamin Lip Oil has been released in a new, lighter-pink hue to honour Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This product is a dupe for the sell-out £33 Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil.

Primark bosses said: “The skin on your lips is sensitive to your environment and is often the first skin to crack, flake and dry out when it isn’t getting enough moisture.

“That is why it’s important to care for it!

“We’ve formulated this essential lip oil with Vitamin E, Jojoba Oil, and Hyaluronic Acid to keep lips soft, smooth, and more hydrated.

“Simply swipe on in the morning or before bed as part of your skincare routine and enjoy rapid revitalisation.”
