Troopers arrest two men for alleged Greenwich burglary
GREENWICH, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- State Police arrested two men from Whitehall on Tuesday, Sept. 24, after investigating a Greenwich burglary. Troopers said they charged Donald E. Blodgett, 33, and Shaun J. Symons, 47, with third-degree burglary.
Troopers responded to a Greenwich business on Wednesday, Sept. 4, around 10:13 a.m. for a burglarized storage container owned by the business. Through an investigation, Troopers said they discovered on Monday, Sept. 2, Blodgett and Symons forced the locked container open, damaged it, and stole items.
The stolen items were recovered with the assistance of the Castleton Police Department in Vermont. Blodgett and Symons were arrested in Granville and arraigned in Washington County Court.
