Man sentenced for Schuylerville stabbing

BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Saratoga County man will serve 10 years in prison for stabbing someone in Schuylerville in November 2023. Ryan Danaher pleaded guilty in July to assault.

He admitted to stabbing someone in the neck on Myers Lane during an argument. The victim was treated at the hospital for serious injuries.

Danaher was also sentenced to five years probation.
