The two teams played each other on Saturday with the Flyers coming away with a 3-2 win in overtime and are currently 3-1-0 during the preseason.
Matvei Michkov had two goals, with Rasmus Ristolainen scoring the Flyers’ other marker, while Travis Konecny and Olle Lycksell had two-point games.
For the Bruins, Hampus Lindholm and Matthew Poitras scored, while Joonas Korpisalo made 37 saves at the other end. Korpisalo played the entire game for Boston and looked in control throughout as he turned away 37 of the 40 shots he faced.
Boston is searching for stability in goal during training camp while Jeremy Swayman is out amid tense contract negotiations.

After Saturday’s game the Bruins made several moves to trim down their training camp roster as Boston enters the final full week of practice before opening night on Oct. 8.
Forwards Fabian Lysell and Georgii Merkulov, who were candidates for the open second-line right wing spot in Boston, were the two most notable prospects released from camp.
The Flyers 19-year-old Michkov was quite impressive in Saturday’s contest. He played on his off wing alongside Konecny and Sean Couturier. The club’s power play went 1 for 7, but Michkov has made it look more dangerous at least.
Through three exhibition games, Michkov has three goals, three assists and a plus-4 mark. He also scored a goal in his one rookie game a little over two weeks ago at PPL Center.
