Mentally ill woman kills infant daughter by slitting her throat in Jhansi

In Jhansi district's Babina area, a mentally unstable woman allegedly killed her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter by slitting her throat and then attempted suicide. The woman, Rashmi Yadav, had been suffering from mental health issues since her husband's death. Her in-laws discovered the tragedy and called for help.
