Belarus is an example of how a country can effectively cooperate with the IAEA, discussing various matters openly, Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi said at a meeting with Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Minsk on 1 October.
