Belarus PM: EAEU needs to switch to exports, develop competencies

According to Roman Golovchenko, the EAEU should take a proactive stance on international positioning, maximize the use of the principle of integration for this purpose, build a sustainable infrastructure of trade and economic cooperation with friendly jurisdictions.
