Lukashenko plans to meet with Amir of Kuwait soon

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has plans to meet with the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al Sabah in the near future. The president shared these plans as he received credentials from the ambassador of Kuwait on 1 October.
