Woman who inspired Orange Shirt Day shares her story in Nunavut

A special celebration in Kuglutuk, Nunavut, marked Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation this year. The woman whose residential school story started Orange Shirt Day, Phyllis Webstad, was in the community to exchange stories with the community.
