India, US likely to sign pact on critical minerals, sources say

India and the U.S. are expected to sign a cooperation pact on critical minerals this week. This agreement aims to boost trade ties and promote collaboration in the sector. Indian trade minister Piyush Goyal is visiting Washington to discuss this and other trade matters with U.S. officials, including Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo and U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai.
