NYC nut randomly slashes man, 62, with boxcutter in broad daylight attack

The victim was waiting for the light to change in Parkchester around 2:20 p.m. when the menace -- who has a history of being emotionally disturbed -- suddenly cut the man's right ear for no reason, authorities and sources said.
