Estonia, Finland's Plans to Block Gulf of Finland Violate Law of Sea - Russian Foreign Ministry

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - If Finland and Estonia plan to impose a complete blockade of the Gulf of Finland for Russian shipping, Russia will regard such actions as a violation of international maritime laws, the Russian Foreign Ministry told Sputnik.
