'She was born that way': Trump says at rally Kamala Harris is a 'mentally disabled person'
Donald Trump on Saturday called Vice President Kamala Harris a "mentally disabled person" at a rally in Wisconsin.
Trump, delivering remarks in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, said over the weekend that President Joe Biden "became mentally impaired."
"Kamala was born that way," Trump added. "She was born that way."

Going further, the former president said, "If you think about it, only a mentally disabled person could have allowed this to happen to our country."
