Indian Oil flags off bids for third time for green hydrogen plant at Panipat

Indian Oil Corp has issued a tender for the third time to establish a green hydrogen plant at its Panipat refinery in Haryana. The tender, dated September 11, seeks bids for a facility with a capacity of 10,000 tonnes per year. Up to 30 companies participated in a pre-bid meeting.
