The Knights played the TCU Horned Frogs in their last game, winning 35-34. The Buffaloes’ last game was a 38-31 win over the Baylor Bears. Against the Horned Frogs, K.J. Jefferson led the Knights with 230 yards on 13-of-22 passing (59.1%) for three touchdowns and no interceptions. He also carried the ball nine times for 46 yards. Harvey rushed for 180 yards on 29 carries (6.2 yards per carry) and two touchdowns, adding one reception for 29 yards and one touchdown. Kobe Hudson recorded six receptions for 145 yards (averaging 24.2 per catch), while scoring two touchdowns against the Horned Frogs. Shedeur Sanders went 25-for-41 with 341 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions for the Buffs against the Bears. He rushed 19 times for 26 yards and one touchdown. Isaiah Augustave carried the ball 12 times for 41 yards. He caught one pass for -3 yards. Travis Hunter had 130 yards through the air after seven catches (on 10 targets).
