A First for India: Tatas to set up defence factory abroad

Tata Advanced Systems Ltd (TASL) is establishing a defence manufacturing plant in Casablanca, Morocco, marking India's first overseas defence factory. The plant will produce Wheeled Armoured Platforms for the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces and aims to serve the broader African market.
