'I was in shock': Steinhatchee resident describes Helene's devastation

The coastal community of Steinhatchee, Fla., was especially hard hit by Hurricane Helene's powerful winds and storm surge. NBC News' Kathy Park talked with one resident who returned to find her home still standing, but heavily damaged.
