After NCLT's nod, IDFC-IDFC First Bank merger to be effective October 1

Post nod from NCLAT, the bank board has greenlighted the amalgamation of IDFC FHCL with IDFC Limited with effect from September 30 and approved amalgamation of IDFC Limited with IDFC FIRST Bank from October 1.
