Catherine Zeta-Jones Bares It All In Her 'Birthday Suit'

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have been happily married for more than two decades. Throughout that time, the Oscar-winning actors have celebrated many birthdays together as they share the same special day on Sept. 25. 

This year, Zeta-Jones wanted to celebrate her and her husband's birthdays in a big way. Douglas turned 80 this year, and to mark the occasion, the Chicago star stripped down to her birthday suit—a fitting look—for her "gift" to her husband. 

"In my birthday suit!" the Welsh actress captioned her Instagram post, a black-and-white photo of 55-year-old standing at the bathroom sink wearing nothing but some black high heels. "After over 25 years of sharing my birthday day with my husband, I am running out of gift ideas! This is gift option two, golf balls being option one, of course."

In another Instagram post, Zeta-Jones shared a touching throwback birthday photo of the two from before they were married. 

"Happy birthday to Michael and to me!" she wrote. "This was us on our birthday 25 years ago! I love you with all my heart."

When speaking to WSJ magazine about their relationship back in 2021, Zeta-Jones divulged some of the secrets to their happiness more than two decades into their marriage. 

"First of all, we have a lot of fun together," she said. "The constant is love and respect. We've never, ever lost our sense of humor, and we enjoy each other's company."

"My husband and I spend a lot of time together because, unlike so many couples, we've never had a 9-to-5 job where it's consistent. We're either on or we're off. I'm really working 16 hours a day, or I'm not. He's doing the same, or not. So we've had in our relationship huge amounts of time where we've been just us," she explained. "We respect each other's space, and our humor is just long-lasting."

With an occasion as special as Douglas' 80th it's safe to say the two lovebirds spent some quality time together on their special day.
