Penguins have one teenage player left in training camp
Cuts on Wednesday leave Pittsburgh with just one junior-aged player in camp
The Penguins trimmed away two more players from their roster yesterday.
The Penguins have assigned the following players to their respective junior teams:

These cuts of 2024 draft picks leaves a fellow 2024 draftee Harrison Brunicke as the last junior-aged player still in NHL training camp this year for the Pens. Brunicke has impressed at the Prospects Challenge and was named to both game day rosters for the two exhibition games so far (although he was a healthy scratch for last game). Still, that goes to show how much the team likes the youngster and is interested in seeing him a little more and longer than all their other young prospects.

Pittsburgh still has a ton of cuts to make, but soon enough AHL training camp will open in Wilkes-Barre and much of the current list will be trimmed. The Pens have back-to-back games this weekend on Saturday and Sunday and figure to use 40+ different players to get through those events.
