Driver in stolen van fatally hits man in Bronx — before trying to set vehicle on fire and fleeing

Alhadji Fofana was trying to cross Westchester Avenue near the East 163rd Street intersection in Longwood around 6:30 a.m. when a motorist in a 2008 Ford van rammed into him and took off, police said.
