940 companies report zero complaints: Numbers suggest most employees don't complain against work conditions

India's top 1,062 listed companies received over 220,000 health and safety complaints and nearly 75,000 working condition complaints in fiscal 2023. However, most companies reported zero complaints. Experts suggest this may be due to underreporting or lack of systematic capture of grievances.
