Easterlies to bring rain to parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas

MANILA, Philippines — Easterlies are expected to bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in various areas of the country on Wednesday, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). In an early morning report by the agency, weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio predicted such conditions for Quezon, the Bicol Region, and the Visayas.
