Belarus began mass construction of rental homes in 2013. Over the years, approaches to its provision have changed several times, construction sometimes seriously lagged behind schedule. But today, rental housing has become an excellent option for those who cannot yet acquire their own living space and who do not want to pay an exorbitant rent.
