Belarus, Russia intend to restart production at Stadler Minsk

Belarus and Russia are working to restart the production at the Stadler Minsk factory, Belarusian Transport and Communications Minister Aleksei Lyakhnovich said at a joint sitting of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus on 25 September.
