Cardi B Soars In Leather Platform Heels at Balmain’s Spring 2025 Show
Cardi B was dramatically dressed as she arrived at Balmain’s spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week on Wednesday likely wearing towering platform heels.
The “Bodak Yellow” singer was spotted at the Palais de Chaillot wearing a forest green floor-length fur coat that was fastened by a metallic waist belt with a crystal-embellished buckle. She solely accessorized with an oversized gold pair of shell-shaped earrings.
Cardi completed the look by slipping into a pair of giant black leather platform pumps. The impressive vintage silhouette featured a leather upper and a rounded toe. The set brought towering height to the look with a platform sole and an angled block heel that stood at least 7 inches tall.
The rapper was dressed by Kollin Carter, who can be credited for the dramatic pleated gown she wore to the Met Gala this past May and countless other memorable Cardi looks. The stylist has also worked with other stars including Victoria Monet, Kelly Rowland and Ciara.
This outing is Cardi B’s big comeback into the fashion world since her appearance at the show comes just a week after it was reported that she gave birth to her third child with her ex, Migos rapper Offset. The pair previously welcomed daughter Kulture and son Wave.
Always a fashion girl no matter if she is on or off duty, previously wore a similar pair, the Vivienne Westwood Elevated Court Pumps, in May with a school girl inspired outfit that included a vest by Marni, a gray pleated mini skirt and a striped button down.
She was seen earlier that day at Rabanne’s runway show wearing a much daintier heel.

Paris Fashion Week is held from Sept. 23 to Oct. 1, marking the final week of Fashion Month. The occasion will feature a range of fashion shows and presentations from numerous brands across Paris, France, including Dior, Chanel, Schiaparelli, Loewe and more.
