Mark Cuban: Kamala Harris 'not just a sales rep' like Donald Trump but 'a CEO'
After Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a major economic speech Wednesday, billionaire entrepreneur and "Shark Tank" investor Mark Cuban called former President Donald Trump — whom he's known for decades — nothing more than a salesman, and said Harris is the one in charge.
Cuban was on hand at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and spoke to MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace after Harris' speech. Cuban walked through his experience with the ex-president.
He described his appreciation for Trump being an "outsider" and assumed he would learn and grow into the job. Instead, Cuban said Trump had no interest in learning.

"Donald is so impetuous," Cuban said. "You can tell that the Kamala Harris team has vetted every single thing she said. Not just 'does it sound good?' 'Does it hold good?' [But] really, is it good, strong policy?"
He said in speaking to Harris it became clear she "thought hard" about her policies and they're important to her.
"She's not a sales rep. saying what the customers might want to hear," Cuban continued. She's a good CEO."
He said that from what he gathered, Harris wants "to do this right because I'm responsible for my stakeholders, and we need to do it the right way. You could not have a greater difference between two candidates."
Trump, Cuban said is "a good salesperson."
"He talks a good game, but it doesn't mean he gets the job done," said Cuban.
It's a message he hopes Harris communicates more to those in the business community. He particularly enjoyed her references to some of Trump's failed promises like the Carrier plant he swore he would save, the FOXCONN factory that was never built in Wisconsin, or even the wall that he claimed Mexico would "pay for."
At the end of the interview, Cuban joked that Trump doesn't even know how to spell A.I. because he refers to it as "the AI." Wallace recalled President George W. Bush calling it "the Google" in the early 2000s.
