DRA Homes acquire residential development at Marina Mall

DRA Homes, a Chennai-based developer, has acquired the residential project at Marina Mall in OMR, Chennai for Rs 25.10 crore. FinTech platform YuBi funded the acquisition with Rs 16.50 crore. The project is expected to generate Rs 153 crore in revenue and be completed by 2027.
