Housing demand up 12.3% in September quarter: Report

Housing demand in Mumbai rose by 12.3% in the September quarter, with residential prices increasing by 8.3%, according to Magicbricks' PropIndex Report. Noida, Gurugram, and Greater Noida saw the highest price increases. Demand for 3BHK units dominates most cities, except Chennai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane where 2BHK units are preferred.
