Banks' efforts at inclusion need quality focus: RBI DG Swaminathan

Indian banks have significantly improved access to banking in remote areas, but more efforts are needed to enhance last-mile credit delivery, said RBI deputy governor Swaminathan J. Speaking at a conference in Hubballi, he emphasized the need for better usage and quality of services to promote financial inclusion, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises.
