This 'rat detective' went to a New York rat summit

Kaylee Byers, an assistant professor in the faculty of health sciences at Simon Fraser University, spoke to CBC about how B.C. can incorporate rat management strategies from around the world. Byers, who says she is a 'rat detective', attended the National Urban Rat Summit in New York last week.
