Morning fog, beautiful afternoon
What We’re Tracking
- Patchy morning fog
- Nice weather for the middle of the week
- Tropical moisture stays east
We'll have some patchy fog this morning that'll burn off as we progress through the morning hours. Temperatures today start off in the upper 40s and lower 50s with winds calm. Despite the chilly and foggy start, we set up for a nice day ahead.
Highs climb into the upper 70s and lower 80s with a breeze out of the north around 5 mph. After an active evening yesterday, this one will be quiet. There'll be plenty of sunshine to go around. A great day for outdoor activities.
Rain chances are limited for the next week or so. The tropical moisture from Hurricane Helene will most likely stay to our east, much like Hurricane Francine. We may see a few clouds, but we stay dry.
Temperatures will be pleasant for the week, meandering between the upper 70s and lower 80s. We are tracking our next frontal boundary arriving early next week. That'll cool us down into the lower 70s.
