Spain's golden visa still available 5 months after cancellation announcement

More than 170 days have passed since Pedro Sánchez said he would scrap the residency scheme for wealthy foreigners, yet the Spanish government keeps running into obstacles which prevent it from cancelling its golden visa for good.
