BFSI sector leads in women leadership, reports Avtar & Seramount Study

The BFSI sector leads in women leadership roles with 24.5% representation, followed by FMCG at 21.5%, according to the 2024 Avtar & Seramount BCWI – MICI Study. Women’s average representation across industries is 36.6%, with IT being the largest employer of women. The study highlights efforts towards gender balance and inclusion of People with Disabilities.
