N Korea says US using Quad to justify anti-Pyongyang policy

TEHRAN, Sep. 25 (MNA) – North Korea on Wednesday denounced the US for violating the North's sovereign rights and trying to justify its hostile policy against Pyongyang by hosting the Quad summit with the leaders of India, Japan, and Australia.
